Hay Upgrade

Do you have Binky Factory toy skeletons that you want to reuse? Now you can fill them with our Premium Hay and have your small pets enjoy them again! It also means that we won't need to use paper packaging in your shipment! 

Each handful is $2.00, you can as many handfuls as you wish! 

Returns

At Binky Factory, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers and their pets. Due to the potential transmission of diseases, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for rabbit and small pet products.

Customer Service Contact: If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@binkyfactory.ca. Our dedicated team will work with you to address any concerns or problems you may have regarding your purchase. If we reach out to you to resolve and hear no response after 14 business days, we will no longer be able to assist with either re-sending your order out or refunding.

Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. We are looking for shipping methods to expand our shipping to other countries. 

Shipping across Canada is a flat rate of $15.00 Canadian and in the United States it is $20.00 Canadian. 

United States has the ability to upgrade their shipping to UPS with a $25.00 USD flat fee. 

We can ship to PO Boxes, but they are not included in the flat fees due to the expense of them. Canada Post/US Postal Rates are dramatically higher than our current carriers. Once the full amount is determined based on your order, we will email a invoice through Paypal. Once it is paid, your order will ship. Please check your junk mail for any messages as they might end up there! 

In the United States we use Sendle as our trusted couriers with fully tracked delivery. There is $100 insurance coverage on each shipment. UPS is now an ungraded shipping carrier for the United States. UPS has insurance coverage of up to $100

Sendle takes between 5-14 business days depending on your location. 

In Canada, we ship using UPS and ICS Courier. Both Carriers have $100 insurance coverage on each shipment.

Please contact us and we will get on top of the issue. We want to ensure that your package arrives on time and we will work wtih the carrier to have the issue fixed as soon as possible. 

We strive to ship out products next day as long as the order is placed before 6:00 PM MST.  If there is a delay in shipping an anncounment will be made at the top of Binky Factory's home page.
