At Binky Factory, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers and their pets. Due to the potential transmission of diseases, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for rabbit and small pet products.

If your order is returned back to Binky Factory due to not fault of Binky Factory, you will need to pay for shipping to send again. There will be no refunds due to orders being returned to Binky Factory. 

All Carriers have $100 CAD insurance coverage on each shipment. Your package will only be covered up to $100 CAD, if you wish to have your package covered fully, we suggest that you purchase extra insurance that is offered at check out. 

Customer Service Contact: If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@binkyfactory.ca. Our dedicated team will work with you to address any concerns or problems you may have regarding your purchase. If we reach out to you to resolve and hear no response after 14 business days, we will no longer be able to assist with either re-sending your order or refunding.
